Staff    : ( If answer “ NO “ ) Reception must explain hotel fasility, room rate, room fasility  and room type

( If answer “ YES “ ) Reception say “ What kind room do you want / What type do you need “ ?

May I know your check – out / For how long / Until when you stay

Guest  : ( Guest say date of check – out / I stay for ….. day / I stay until ……. )

Staff    : Alright just a moment ( Reception staff check the avalaible room )

May I borrow your ID Card please ?

Guest  : ( Guest bring ID Card to reception staff )

Staff    : Wait a moment please

( Reception Staff fill data from ID Card to Registration Card )

Guest  : ( When staff fill in data guest can do it )

What event at your hotel for this moment / What kind fasility do you have

Staff    : ( Staff fill in data and answer question from the guest )

( After finish fill in data at Registration Card Staff bring back ID Card to guest )
